Store policy

  • We’re happy to take customised orders at our physical store. Payment must be made before all orders are confirmed and produced.
  • Orders reserved but unpaid for cannot be kept for longer than 48 hours, unless with good reason.
  • If your purchase does not fit, it can be exchanged within 1 (one) month of purchase, once it has not been worn, and is still in brand new condition.
  • Purchases can be exchanged for another style, within 1 (one) month. In the event that price of new style is more, balance would need to be paid. If price is less, refund can’t be given.
  • Products purchased during promotions and sale events can be exchanged, but would be sold a the current retail price; payment of balance may therefore be required.
  • All customer orders placed at the store will be ready within 2 (two) weeks.

 

Refund policy

  • Upon delivery, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition, within 7 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund. Items sent back after 7 (seven) days, but within 1 (one) month, can be exchanged (as cited above) but not refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 working days, for goods returned in their original condition.
  • Any item to be refunded or exchanged is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. Please send your items to our Lagos store
  • Refunds where customised orders are involved will only be made in the event that you receive goods that are faulty or look different from how they are advertised.
  • All refunds will be made via bank transfer.
